Planning your renovation is very exciting - save those magazine clippings, write down your ideas, and jot down any questions that come to mind. Seeing a high level concept of your project on paper is a good starting point.

  • what do you aim to achieve?
  • is it to add space? add value? update? prepare space for future tenants? get it ready for sale? etc.

  • keep a moodboard
